Ireland's flag is green white and orange. The Ivory Coast's flag is orange white and green. Both of those flags have the colours arranged in three equal vertical stripes. India has green, white and orange too, although the Indian flag has the 3 stripes horizontally arranged and a crest on it too.

Different countries have those 3 colours. Ivory coast has the colours of orange, white and green in that order as 3 vertical bands. India has them in that order in 3 horizontal bands. Ireland has them in reverse of that order, as 3 vertical bands, like a mirror image of the Ivory Coast flag.
