Merythneith is probably the oldest, about 5000 years ago. She was buried with the honors of a ruling pharaoh, but there is no conclusive evidence that she had exactly the same status or was a regent. Though she may have started out as regent and then continued as a monarch.
Hatseputh was pharaoh in her own right and a military leader.

hatschepsut was one of the first woman in ancient Egypt to rule and become king while she was dressed up as a man. she was not the first king/queen though:(
