micro star invented the word processor in 1979if you know anything more please add to thisthanks
As an IBM 360/370 series Mainframe computer operator 1967 - 92 I recall from circa 1977-8 an airconditioned large machine-room-installed BIG BLUE wardrobe sized Word Processor co-ax linked to an in-house remote office VDU/Visual Display Unit terminal dot-matrix printer operated by a specially trained secretary (Lisa Ferrari) by and for the senior execs only in an automotive parts-supplier head office 5-storey block in N.W. suburban London. So Stateside Big Blue IBM may have launched their first W.P. from around the mid-1970s ?
