Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. believed that integration in education, the work place and society in general was a good thing. As all men and women from all races and ethnic groups are created by God, there is no reason for the segregation of peoples in the US. He wanted peaceful changes in the US to eliminate segregation. He also wanted people to be evaluated on the basis of their minds and actions not by their race or ethnic group.
