Pretty much the entire document. Jefferson was all already working on the Virginia constitution and he was given 17 days to work on the Declaration. At 33 years old he wasn't well known in politics and was working for the congress doing memos and other written material. He wrote his draft in 2-3 days and then handed it over to Adams and Franklin.

The Declaration of Independence not only rejects British rule of the American colonies, but also rejects the philosophical basis for that rule, which was the belief in monarchy, and the whole feudal concept that some people are, purely by reason of royal birth, the rulers of others. The revolutionary assertion in this document is that all men are created equal. Hence, previous concepts of class are rejected.
