If you mean when did they rule the first Tudor monarch Henry VII became King in 1485 and the last Elizabeth I died in 1603. That does not mean though that the people after them were not related to the Tudors. James I who was King after Elizabeth was the great-great grandson of Henry VII and Elizabeth II is the 14th great granddaughter of Henry VII.
