The Powhatans used Bow and Arrows and Tomahawks for hunting. They hunted mostly small game or dear but occasionaly that would bring in a bear or another large creature. The also used war clubs but they were not usually used for hunting. They were mostly for war or for protection. The men of the village would make all of the weapons and do the hunting but the women would forge, garden, and butcher.
