Oh that is tricky in my opinion coz Jean Arp is definitely a one of a kind artist who gets inspiration of nature and poetry for his sculptures. His partner Sonia Tauber probably had similar organic collages as Arp. Oh but also Umberto Boccioni of the Italian Futurist movements probably had something close to organic and abstract like Arp. Do check out his "Unique Forms of Continuity in Space (1913)".But I'm not sure if there are more that are like Arp's during the Modernist era and if that could be the answer to your question. But I'm sure there are lots of contemporary artists who draw inspiration from Arp for their works.
For instance: Marcel Duchamp, Max Ernst, Francis Picabia, Jean Arp, Sophie Täuber-Arp, Hugo Ball... Find out more about Dada Art at link below.
