Its really hard Im 14 and live in northern Ireland and have been trying to get a job for a while. I don't think you'll be able to get a job till you are about 14 as I think that is the legal age but once you hit that age try out the shops in your town like the fish and chip but alot of shop prefer older kids maybe you could help out a realtive like clean there house for a bit of extra cash or ask your parents to strat a pocket money for you, you do jobs round the house and they pay you at the end of the week. Good luck anyway.

As Northern Ireland is part of the United Kingdom, it shares the same employment laws as the mainland. As long as a person is older than 13, they can be employed in low-risk jobs such as restaurant staff and some retail work. Minors are NOT allowed to sell alcohol, tobacco, weapons, solvents or any other age restricted product (for example DVDs).
