Julius Caesar controlled all the Mediterranean islands but is not credited with actually conquering any of them. He did win over Pharos Island after winning the Alexandrian war, but this was a prize of war not an actual conquest in itself.

Pharos was an island in the harbor of Alexandria, Egypt where the famous lost wonder of the ancient world was.Julius Caesar took his legions to the island of Britain during his wars in Gaul. Caesar never conquered Britain or made it into a province of the empire.
