What is the history of Tiana?

• well tiana was going to be a maid named Maddy and was a maid of the Lebeouf family. But since some people did not like it the changed Maddy into Tiana (which means princess) and changed her from a maid to a waitress. Her background is around the 1915-1920s she was a waitress trying to make her fathers dream come true. Living in a place where people just stared to get out of slavery it is hard to find a job, and do things. (thats why charlotte is rich,and it takes Tiana a very long time to get her place. And is also why there where going to make Tiana a maid becuase it fited in the time period) Back then People thought that all blacks did Voo Doo and so thats why 2 people do Voo Doo. This is during the jazz age! It gave people a relief from all the bad thing they where Surfing and for fun! Thats why people are dancing arount the streets having fun!
