Being happy doesn't necessarily equate to being popular. Being popular doesn't necessarily equate to being happy. It's a simple as that ... It's who you are and if you want to be the 'real you' or somebody else that is not yourself.
Like people from any country, they wanted their independence and not to be ruled by someone else. So naturally, they were not happy at a country trying to rule them.

Yes, or being loved by someone else.
Adding "-er" to the end of the word "happy" changes the meaning to comparative form, indicating that someone/something is more happy than another person or thing. So, "happier" means more happy than something else.
Forget about the love of someone else and start loving yourself!
If you want him or her to be happy. even if it's with someone else.

Tell that jealous person that if they really liked you then they would only want you to be happy, and that your girlfriend makes you happy.
That is being a Martyr. The act of giving your life for another's is Martyrdom.

Being in love is when you love someone for who they are. Being in love with the idea of someone is when you love what you want them to be, but not who you truly are. Answer There are some people out there who just want to be in love with Someone...they really don't care who. That would be being in love with the idea of being in love. Really being in love is when you meet someone, that special person who has an effect on you like no one else does, who you want to spend your time with, share things with, do things to make them happy, be there for them, etc. That person is WHO you want to be with and cannot be replaced by someone else.
You being considerate and happy! :) And money. If all else fails go for the $$$
Be happy that your friends are happy together, and find someone else for yourself.
