No. None of the colonies accepted the Albany Plan of Union. Some colonies felt that it would be difficult to agree on unified policies with so many different Indian tribes, and other colonies felt that it was "a Design of gaining power over the Colonies" (esp. taxation). Even the Indian tribes didn't accept the Albany Plan of Union.
Albany Plan of Union was suggested by the Benjamin Franklin with the objective to create a single government for the colonies. Representatives from several colonies came up together to plan their defense with respect to French and Indian war. The plan was one of the early attempt to form the union of colonies for defense and other important purposes.
At the Albany Congress of 1754, Benjamin Franklin proposed that the colonies be united by a Grand Council overseeing a common policy for defense. it was an early indication that the British colonies of North America were headed towards unification.
