Marengo was probably Napoleons favourite, Desaixs' victory really, carved from defeat. Ulm & Jena were mastery of strategy. But the victory above all has to be Austerlitz. Hard fought against a good enemy, well sited and in the main well led. But the storming of the Pratzen Heights by St Hillaire & Vandamme was timed to perfection.
I think his biggest defeat was in the battle with Russia in June of 1812. Because of that loss he lost a lot of support from his generals which eventually led to his excile on the Island of Elba.
