All I have been able to find (naval-history.net) is the following heraldic data:
"On a Field Red, a fox's mask and in base two foxes brushes in saltire Gold."
So you will have to imagine the badge -- it is circular, surrounded by a gold cable and surmounted by the Naval crown in gold. The field (base colour) of the badge is Red. On it is a gold fox's mask, and below that are two foxes' brushes (tails) in saltire (crossed in an X-shape), also in gold.

The unofficial badge , as used on the Kerchiefs of the Scouts of the '16th Portsmouth Scout Group' was an Olden day 'WATCHMAN carying a Staff with a LANTERN ATTACHED' ....The MOTTO being 'WHAT OF THE NIGHT' The Scout Group were adopted / twinned with the ship during /around WW2. Our family used to be in possession of a 'plaster cast on a wooden shield' of both of these Badges.
