If Napoleon had won then France would have continued to be the greatest power in Europe, and would not have been eclipsed by England: France would have become a large and wealthy country that dominated Europe. The 'what ifs' would go on forever about what MIGHT have happened or what COULD have happened if this HAD happened but it didn't.

The European Union would have formed much more earlier.

Previously as a result of his battle winning ways the Emperor has a peace treaty drawn up & the defeated pay him & his entourage lots of money. In this case not being defeated and simply having the Russian royal court having moved from Moscow to St Petersburg really left Napoleon in a very difficult position. The French were showing simultaneously in Spain an inability to survive by living off the land, when the land became covered in snow in Russia it became impossible for them. If the question is what happens if Napoleon wins in Russia then it is probable that the Russians ally with France against Austria & then Leipzig doesn't happen. But then that's another story....

If Napolean had succeded in conquering Russiahe doubtlessly would have been able to capure Sweden in the following spring. Then he could destroy the rebels in Spain and then would probably have tried to overcome Britains naval power to try and open up an invasion of the islands.

Napoleon would have dominated Europe and then invaded Britain. He may then have set his sights on America. We would all now be speaking French.
