I think you mean 'Populate or Perish.' It refers to Australia's problem of increasing its population so that the country would have enough people to defend it against an invader. In 1942 Australia with its small population was in grave danger of Japanese invasion. The British had been defeated at Singapore, forcing Australia to seek an alliance with the US. After the war, the next likely invader was Communism. The Australian government attempted to increase its population naturally, with little success, before accepting white immigrants from Europe to become Australians.
Populate or Perish was a post-war slogan in Australia intended to increase Immigration to the country. It means, in general terms, 'We've got to bring in more people who can work and pay taxes, or we risk our country and culture slowly dying. Plus, we need able-bodied people for defense and other services.'
It simply meant that "the government of the people and for the people" will survive this civil war and not be destroyed.
It means that the colonies must unite to defeat the enemy or they perish in the war. :))))))
During and after WW2, Australia was very nearly invaded. This had a profound impact on the psyche of Australians at the time and called on the government to greatly increase the population so that Australia would have enough people to defend herself.
The Minoans

WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY "Technology or Perish"
technology or perish
Love or perish means to essentially, love or suffer.
"Shall not perish" typically refers to something that will not cease to exist or be destroyed, indicating longevity or permanence.
Yes, indeed it does. Perish is another word of saying 'die'. (Ex. My poor plants perished when I came outside!"
Populate is a verb.
there is no such move as perish wish there is perish song; but not perish wish
i guess animals can over populate by people continuously breeding them and they can under populate by people hunting them over and over again for no reason
It's actually Perish Song and EVERYONE in battle, including the attacker, has three turns until they, well, perish. (And by perish I mean ONE HIT KO). But the good part is that the effect wears off if you switch Pokemon, but if YOU are using the move, it's bad for the opponent to switch out. So here's a list of move combinations with Perish Song: Perish Song+ Whirlpool Sand Tomb Fire Spin Mean Look Spider Web Spikes (yes they switch out, but the Pokemon coming out gets attacked.) Toxic Spikes (same thing above but they get poisoned)
Once, farmers were paid to populate and farm land.
The suffix for "populate" is "-tion", which forms the noun "population".
