"Freedom of Want" does not mean anything.
If you are refering to the Four Freedoms mentioned by President Franklin D. Roosevelt, what he said was "Freedom from Want". Freedom from Want means that a person is not worried about basic neccesities, like if they will be able to eat enough food, drink enough water, be unable to find shelter in a storm. It is basically the freedom to live without fearing death at every corner.

The famous American painter Norman Rockwell decided to illustrate something President Franklin Delano Roosevelt had said in 1941-- Roosevelt talked about the Four Freedoms, universal human rights which the president believed should apply to everyone. They were: freedom of speech, freedom of worship, freedom from want, and freedom from fear. ("Want" was an old word that referred to being in need, being in poverty, being without the essentials needed to live.) Freedom from want meant the right to live in a world where you had enough to eat and where nobody suffered from starvation or poverty. Rockwell created four paintings, each an example of one of the four freedoms, and one of the paintings was entitled "Freedom from want"-- it showed a group of happy, middle-class people at Thanksgiving dinner, with plenty of food for everyone at the table.
Individual freedom means that someone is able to choose what they want to do without permission.
Probably. But the Constitution does not grant any right to "freedom of expression," only freedom of speech and freedom of the press.

If you have a freedom of speech, you have a right to say anything you want, but that doesn't mean it is socially acceptable to say anything you want. Just like if you have a freedom to use guns, it is wrong/illegal to go kill somebody.
