Asian names usually have the last name first and Yoritomo's last name would be Minamoto. So if you want to say it properly it would be Minamoto Yoritomo.
Hojo Masako (1157-1223) was the wife of Minamoto Yoritomo. She was the mother to both Minamoto Yoriie and Minamoto Sanetomo. After Yoritomo's death in 1199, Masako was effectively in control of the country. She governed in the name of the Shogun (Whom she was responsible for naming).
