He thought the nation could get back on it's feet by establishing a national bank. He tended not to trust people and thought people were too greedy. He had some childhood issues that's probably were the trust problems came from. He almost daily argued with Jefferson since they were complete opposites. But when Jefferson and aron burr were up for election of presidency Alexander Hamilton told people to vote for Jefferson because he didn't like burr. Burr was upset about losing and shot Hamilton in a duel.

Hamilton was a political and economic genius. He was also honest, charming,persuasive, vain, arrogant and uncompromising.
