While the main body of the constitution does not lay out any requirements for the vice-presidency, the amendments most certainly do.
The final paragraph of the twelfth amendment reads:
But no person constitutionally ineligible to the office of President shall be eligible to that of Vice-President of the United States.
Therefore, the Vice-President must be constitutionally eligible for the Presidency. These requirements are that they must be a natural born citizen of the United States, that they be no less than thirty five years old, and that they have been a resident of the United States for at least fourteen years.
For this reason, somebody such as Arnold Schwarzenegger would not be eligible to run as Vice President, because while he is over thirty five and has lived in the USA for longer than fourteen years, he was not born a US citizen.
the vice president duhhhhhhhhhhhhhh the vice president duhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

No, the vice president is the president of U.S Senate.
The Vice President of New Mexico is the Vice President of the United States, currently Joseph Biden.
The Vice President could become Acting President in the event of Presidential disability, and there is no codified term. A new Vice President would not be nominated. Should the Vice President succeed to the Presidency, then he would serve out the remainder of that President's term, and a new Vice President would ordinarily be nominated to fill the Vice President's unexpired term.
A vice president
It has the same requirements as president.

He must serve as president of the senate. He must be 35 years of age
The requirements to become President is: -Natural born U.S. Citizen -Be at least 35 years old -Live in the U.S. for at least 14 years. The Vice President is elected by the President not by the people so it's whoever the President wants to be his V.P.
The requirements for VP are the same as the President, so the VP has to be a natural-born U.S. citizen.
A vice-presidential candidate must have the same qualifications as the President, because he may become President.
Although the U.S. Constitution does not spell out specific qualifications to be Vice President of the United States, most Constitutional experts believe that the Vice President must meet the same requirements as those to become President: 35 years of age, a natural-born US citizen and a resident of the United States for at least 14 years. Since all Vice Presidents to date have met these requirements, there has never been a challenge to this.
