There are many other inventions, sech as the water screw by Archimedes, which would move water upward or downward in a corkscrew motion.

Objects: Streets, Cranes, early locks, crossbow(argued chinese invented it first), gears, plumbing, winch, wheelbarrows, showers, canal locks, an ancient version of the Suez Canal, lighthouse, alarmclock, cannon(compressed air), levers, analog computers, fire hose, automatic doors, vending machines, door locks, maps, coins, thermometers, screws, central heating, water mills, bathrooms, wind-powered machinery, steam engine, rudimentary railways, odometer(used primarily in cars today).

Ideas: Democracy, secret police, hippocratic oath, many forms of math(i.e. Euclidian geometry, Hero's formula, etc.), public jury, hippocratic oath, Olympic games.

This isn't even all of their inventions used today, but the more used ones.
