Just all the normal things in a Western diet. There are many Indian, Mexican, Italian etc. restaurants in Scotland.

In Scotland we have some of our own dishes eg. haggis, neeps and tatties. Haggis being an oaty meat dish, neeps being turnip and tatties being mashed potato.

We also are renound for our extremely unhealthy diet, as we eat things like deep fried mars bars (battered of course!) you can buy these in a fish and chip shop (aka. a chippy). But some might consider this more of a treat than a common meal :D

Scotland doesn't eat anything mainly because it is a country. The people of Scotland, the Scottish people or Scotts, eat pretty much the same types of food as people in other westernised countries.
