(Which is illegal by the way, which is why the US Civil War not a declared war, and why it's Confederate President Jefferson Davis was put into prison when the war ended). The Vietnam War was not a civil war...because the NORTH & the SOUTH Vietnams were actually TWO different nations! Two different countries can fight each other (they do it all the time); and it's not a civil war...just because the last names the same.
