The 15th Amendment to the Constitution granted African American men the right to vote by declaring that the "right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any state on account of race, color, or previous condition of servitude
The 19th Amendment to the United States Constitution forbids the government from denying the right to vote based on sex (i.e., it was the first time that women in the United States could now vote)
Basically it States that women get the same rights as men do.
Pennsylvania gave women the right to vote in 1920, when they signed the 19th Amendment to the United States Constitution. Seven other states had signed the Amendment by then.
There is no amendment that states woman can't vote.
Yup! The 19th Amendment stated that you cannot deny any sex to vote. Hence, both women and men could vote. Due to the 15th Amendment, you cannot deny a person to vote due to race, so now all citizens of the United States were eligible to vote after the 19th Amendment.
The fifteenth amendment states that a person cannot be denied the right to vote because of race.
"It states that the voting age for people to vote is 18 or higher."--Actually, the 26th Amendment states that the voting age for citizens to vote is 18 or higher.The 27th Amendment states that Congressmen cannot vote to give themselves a raise in the same term. The 27th Amendment in shorter terms can be named as Congressional pay raises.

The 27th Amendment to the US Constitution states, No law, varying the compensation for the services of the Senators and Representatives, shall take effect, until an election of Representatives shall have intervened.
