Yes because by 1943 it could destroy any soviet tank, at Kursk it anhilated the standard T-34 but suffered mechanical failures and fuel shortages. If enough had been manaufactured and enough fuel was reaching the Panzer Divisions then maybe they could have regained the initiative in battles such as Kursk and then at the Bulge
There was only two tigers, the tiger 1, which was very powerful and armourd but slow. The king tiger, twice the power and armore, but was twice as slow. The Tiger 1 and Tiger 2 had the same top road speed. Go to Wikipedia for more info.
The tiger is six and the king tiger is seven Clarification: both the Tiger 1 and Tiger 2 (King Tiger) are designated Panzerkampfwagen VI (or panzer 6) the tiger 2 being designated Panzerkampfwagen VI Ausf.B Tiger II. I'm not sure what a Panzer 7 was.
The tiger was a pretty effective tank surpassing all the other tanks in firepower and armour but it is an over engineered tank that was hard to produce in all only 1500 tiger tanks and unlike the allied Sherman and the Russian t-34 a destroyed tiger was very hard to replace. a T-34 had good mobility and firepower also it's sloped armour a radical design at the time deflected Incoming rounds to the side so it had good armour.also it was easy to produce,1300 t34 were produced every month and often drove right out of the factory door into the battle. So it was the most rebust and reliable and effective tank in WW2.

the tiger 1 was a really great tank. Tank commanders like Erwin Rommel used tigers. on the other hand the armor of the king tiger was used to reflect or ricochet shells all that armor made the tank heavier. The tiger was formed during the Battle of Kursk, when the germans were trying to figure out a way to protect their flak 88s while setting them up. They put armor around the 88 which formed the tiger. My tank would be the tiger its faster more powerful and more armor. The king tigers were rarely used after the battle of Remagen.
the tiger tank was one of the Germans most heavily armoured tanks
There is only one tank named the Tiger and that's the Panzer 6, the biggest panzer was the Panzer 8 Maus

The Tiger I tank stopped production in August 1944 and stopped usage in combat in May 1945. The Tiger II tank both stopped Production and usage in April 1945.
