∙ 14y agoThe Second New Deal saw legislation that would provide work, rather than welfare. The Works Progress Administration (WPA) was an example. Under that act, buildings, airports, schools, and roads were constructed. Not only construction workers benefited but also actors, painters, musicians, and other workers in the field of Arts and Education were employed, some by federal agencies like the Federal Theater Project.

he didnt really do anything. he actually spent most his time fishing. He thought of it as a sort of symbolism to man.
The original New Deal and the one that was passed were very different from each other. The first plan included things like socialized health care in it, which was too controversial at the time and Congress dropped it. The New Deal that passed was fairly revolutionary and some consider to be socialistic in nature, but it was done more out of desperation than anything else. Roosevelt himself had said that trying something and watching it fail was still better than trying nothing. He kept signing legislation that he thought would help the economy how every badly the program failed later. It changed certain areas of American society in a few ways, first the Tennessee Valley Authority, which provided cheap electricity to the rural South for the first time and helped to bring the South into the 20th century. Second, programs like the AAA helped farmers through government subsidies. Last, the impoverish were given some sort of help through labor programs like the WPA.
None. You're getting your triumvirates confused. Julius Caesar, a member of the first triumvirate, became dictator for life. As far as the second triumvirate went, Octavian was the one who won out and became emperor, which was sort of a dictatorship, although not in the strict sense of the word.None. Sort of. The meter is currently defined to be exactly the distance that light, in a vacuum, travels in 1 / 299,792,458 of a second. The result of this is that the speed of light is DEFINED to be a certain value (299,792,458 meters / second); the meter is derived from the speed of light. Of course, you can't legislate to make the speed of light in a vacuum faster or slower; or rather, if you do, light won't care about such legislation. The legislation only affects the numeric values assigned to such a speed.
It would depend on the legislation of the country you are referring to
