A quick search with Google brings up a lot of posts proclaiming this, but no reference what so ever to this "treaty" in any law library or archive.
So what would the facts be?
First here are the dates of admission into the United States of the areas in question.
Fourth, the only treaty in 1848 involving any of the states mentioned is the Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo, which fully ended the Mexican-American War.
The only other treaties created in 1848 are 3 treaties with Native American tribes: the 1848 Treaty with the Pawnee, the 1848 Treaty with the Menominee and the 1848 Treaty with the Stockbridge Tribe.
So given these facts, there is really only one correct answer: These treaties do not exist.

The Nueces River became the border between Mexico and Texas.
The Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo was signed on February 2, 1848.

At the end of the Mexican-American War (1846-1848), Mexico was forced to sign the Guadalupe-Hidalgo Treaty, which included the promise from Mexico to never reclaim Texas again.
It does not exist
Yes, but it was never ratified. Texas joined the U. S. by a joint resolution of Congress, that was then ratified by popular vote in Texas. The treaty does not control, the resolution and vote do.

These were the Louisiana Purchase of 1803, the Texas Annexation of 1845, the Oregon Treaty of Ê1846, the Mexican Cession of 1848, and the Gadsden Purchase of 1853. These all happened during the American policy of Manifest Destiny.
