Elizabeth ( Betsy) Ross is generally credited with the design of the l3-star in a circular pattern ( hence the name of the Cruiser Constellation of l797) American Flag. There is a museum in her honor in Philadelphia. I assume you mean Betsy Ross. There was a patriotic organization of women called the Betsy Ross Corps or Betsy Ross League in the late thirties. Obviously this was a posthumous honor- but was a flag-oriented organization.
