Al Capone was a infamous big time gangster that ruled the underworld of Chicago in the 1930's. The only criminal charge that "stuck" was income tax evasion. FBI's teams under agent Elliot Ness investigated Capone. Big Al was convicted and spent many years at the Federal prison of Alcatraz. There was no reward for Capone's capture.
