Initially, it was a day of remembrance for those ANZACs who lost their lives at Gallipoli, but it has long since become a day of remembrance for all ANZACs who died in all wars.

This is a hard question. Many sources say different things and some only say how many casualties (wounded and dead) there were. The last source i saw said over 840 New Zealanders died at Passchendaele but it may be more than that. Could not find any info on how many ANZACS (Aussies and Kiwis) died.
2,000,000
From the time the ANZACs arrived in Gallipoli in April until the time the 260-day campaign ended, it is believed that 8709 Australians had been killed, although this figure varies, according to different sources. Of these, an estimated 700 died from disease alone. In addition, there were 2721 New Zealand soldiers killed at Gallipoli, 33 072 British fatalities (from all forces, not just the army) and approximately 10,000 French. It is estimated that 87,000 Turkish soldiers died at Anzac Cove.

There were 372 Anzac casualties out of the 600 fighting at the Battle of the Nek. This battle was part of the World War I campaign in Gallipoli.

twice as many ANZACS died on the western front then Gallipoli, about 27 hours into the first battle against Germany they had already lost more soldiers than the entire time spent at Gallipoli. by the end of the war roughly 61,928 ANZACS had died.
It is estimated that 130,784 died during the Gallipoli campaign.
