I think it has made many Americans afraid and offended by anyone who looks or acts like a Muslim. I think many Americans hate and dread to see anyone of Arabian decent and many think all of those people are some type of terrorist or suicide bomber. Socially, many people would not enjoy making any kind of contact with these people. And it's not just America, many people in Europe probably feel the same way if their country is or was involved in the war.

It has not really affected us in any major ways but we did spend alot of money on troops and cried alot for lost ones in the army
It's helping to keep the price of oil up and is increasing the danger of terrorist acts being exported now that the USA has destroyed any semblance of Law and Order in much of the country.
