"HELLO" is "APA KHABAR" which actually means "HOW ARE YOU?"

Many use the same "HELLO" or "HI" ("HAI") when saying "HELLO" to another. "APA KHABAR" sounds more formal.

There is actually no term as "BAHASA Malaysia". The correct term is "BAHASA MELAYU", the official language of MALAYSIA.
