It is Gods will that all couples be legally and lawfully joined in holy wedlock. If a church is recognized by law to be an accepted religion, with ordained ministers then God will accept, though reluctantly, that joining of a man and woman. As the true church may or may not be upon the earth at this time, a church which has legally ordained ministers set apart by prophets of God, then as already stated God will accept the self appointed authorities who perform such unions. I do believe that all earthly unions will have to be performed again by proper authority in Gods own time.
