Your question could be taken one of two different ways.

Are you asking about the physical size? Ten feet long, and five feet diameter (the largest that could fit in a B-29 bomb bay).

Or are you asking about the POWER of the bombs?

Equal to many TONS of TNT explosive. The largest man-made explosion up till that time, in world history.

The most common meaning of your question is the size of the explosion that they caused.

The Little Boy bomb dropped on Hiroshima had a nominal yield of about 18 kilotons of TNT (equal to 18,000 tons of TNT explosive).

The Fat Man bomb dropped on Nagasaki had a nominal yield of about 21 kilotons.

The USA dropped thouands of bombs on mainland Japan and its outlying islands. These mostly consisted of normal ordinance, but later a firebombing strategy was used, resulting in widespeard destruction of more than 60 cities in Japan. The bombs also included the only two nuclear weapons ever used in an act of war, through the destruction of Hiroshima and Nagasaki.
