I am not aware that any victims of the Holocaust were thrown off cliffs. Most were killed by poison gas, many were shot, some were hanged, and various other methods were used. Throwing people off cliffs would have been rather messy, for the well organized Germans. Then you have to go look for the body, at the bottom of the cliff, and it could be splattered all over the place. Germans had use for those bodies, you know. They harvested gold fillings out of teeth, and used body fat to manufacture soap. Sometimes the skin was used to make leather. All of this would become more difficult if you just threw the bodies off a cliff.
