∙ 15y agoYes. In 1501 Catherine of Aragon married Arthur of England, (the elder son of Henry VII), he then died six months later. Catherine then went on to marry Henry VIII in 1509. In 1554 Philip II of Spain (Not king of Spain until 1556) married Mary I of England. She then died in 1558.
