they used to eat at a feast like anything, from roast swans to beef, they had a great many courses and the meals went on for hours ... no deserts, they were rarely made ..... os it is documaented
he mainly ate meats and other things that are rich in fat, he also ate expensive food like swan and things that was expensive in the Tudors.
