If you mean starting from the second world war.
Germany started bombing the British airfields and ports, but that was really it; very few lives were lost.
As part of the British tactic they bombed Berlin.
In his fury, Hitler ordered all bombing attention to London and other Major cities.
There is a theory that if Hitler kept bombing the airfields he might have won.
Alternative answer: Britain first bombed Germany in May 1940 (a few days after France had done so). Britain had bombed German ports (purely military targets) in September 1939. Germany didn't bomb Britain until August 1940 (against airfields as noted above) and switched to bombing cities on September 4. The first official raid was 7 Sep.
Germany was bombed quite extensively, the Dresden raid in particular being still a subject of controversy even today. (Presuming you're referring to WWII).
The French were the first, 9/10 May 1940, followed by the British, 12 May the same year. American bombing started in 1942. The Russians didn't have much in the way of a strategic bombing doctrine, apart from one badly-managed attack on Berlin most of their Pe-8 strategic bombers were used to bomb German-held Russian territory.
(Note to mods: this is my answer, for some reason I got logged out part-way through answering hence 1st answer is credited to a guest).
The Germans bombed England constantly during World War 2. The Battle of Britain is one of the biggest victories of the Allies, preventing Germany from bombing England into submission.
because they helped England fight them in world war 2(:
They did more than consider it. The US dropped almost 1.5 million tons of explosives on German war targets.
The Germans caused it because if the Germans got a hold of Newfoundland a province in the Atlantic they could then bomb America and take over America
I don't know of a British city that WASN'T bombed during World War II.
the Germans flew over England to bomb factories, docks, cities, airfields and radar stations to weakened England in preparation for operation sealion, the invasion of England which in the end was aborted as the Germans couldn't gain air superiority over Britain due to the RAF being stronger than the Germans had first thought. so basically German planes flew over Britain to bomb it.

The V-1 flying bomb, also known as the "doodlebug" or "buzz bomb," had a top speed of about 400 mph (644 km/h). It was used by the Germans during World War II for aerial attacks on England.

yes they did

Albert Einstein warned President Franklin D. Roosevelt about the potential development of an atomic bomb by the Germans during World War II, which led to the initiation of the Manhattan Project in the United States.
To try and demoralize the civilian population.
The Germans initially bombed France to conquer the country. The Allied Forces were forced to bomb France to get rid of the Germans.
The Germans, led by Adolph Hitler, bombed London in their quest to conquer most of Europe. World War II was fought to prevent his succeeding, but it was a close thing for awhile. Personal hate didn't really seem to be the main issue. The German actually had little ambition towards England. Their objective was to conquer the Slavic lands (Slovakia, Poland, Russia) for living room. That is why they never invaded England (their enemy) and invaded Russia (their friend). The Germans actually made strenuous efforts to reconcile with England. Rudolph Hess's 'desertion' to the west was actually one such attempt. England declared war on Germany (not the other way around) when Germany invaded Poland. The bombing of London was an attempt by the Germans to subdue England - bring it into compliance with Germany.
because the british people didn't want the germansto bomb england so they mad sure there was no light so the germans just though that it was still sea and nothing was really there.
