I can't give a difinitive answer. All I can say is there have been times I've taken Naproxen and thought I took the Tylenol PM by mistake - because I was so drowsy! I don't know what the formal literature says - but I swear it causes drowsiness!

∙ 12y agoIt depends on the person. My friend can take it and be wide awake, but I can't take it unless I'm in the bed. My aunt can also take it, and not feel drowsy, but my great-uncle gets extremely drowsy. The drowsiness also ranges from sort of drowsy to very drowsy. I hope this helps!
