When taking Suboxone do you let the saliva pool under your tongue or do you spit it out or swallow as its dissolving?

Don't spit it out ... thats the medicine ( really ? ) I put it under my tongue till its completel disvoled and swallow the rest with water. kicks it in quicker regardless of what people say.

I always do. When it's dissolving under the tongue let it completely dissolve then you can swallow. Avoid talking, chewing, drinking and anything else if possible that way you take in as much under the tongue as possible

It depends on whether you are taking pills (which you do not swallow), or sublingual strips. It should take no longer than 5-10 minutes. Also remember not to swallow while the Suboxone is still under the tongue. Swallowing will lessen the effect, these drugs do not work nearly as well when ingested, they must be absorbed by the blood vessels of the tongue. i take suboxone also. i was getting white bumps and swelling and soreness because i was drying my mouth out before i took it. make sure you wet your mouth with water first. it definately needs to be moist. after you place under tongue and it dissolves, dont talk or swallow for atleast 10 minutes. then, spilt out any remaining saliva after 10 minutes. the sub will enter the bloodstream from the underside of tongue. anything after 10 min left in the mouth do not swallow. your body only takes in so much, if swallowed, headaches can and probably will, happen. it is a wonderful thing if properly used. good luck!
Suboxone and Klonopin can cause death or no?
I suppose so, if you take massive doses of them, but not if you're taking a normal dose. I was prescribed klonopin for alcohol withdrawal, while I was taking Suboxone.
