None right now. The states may have passed laws approving pot, but the federal DEA still has it as illegal. I live in CA and medical marijuana was approved by voters but the federal DEA has come in closing the shops selling it. One of the by products of the voter approval has been Mexican cartels coming into the state and growing vast acres of pot. No one thought of that happening. The cartels have killed people trying to steal from them. A few months ago a teenager and his friends tried that and his body was recently found.
Recreationally smoking? Washington and Colorado, but not in public or while driving.

As of my last update, medical marijuana is legal in Mississippi, but recreational marijuana remains illegal. Laws and regulations around marijuana use may change, so it's best to check the latest updates from official sources.
There are only two states that have legalized marijuana and that is Colorado and Washington. They have been made legal for recreation use. There are some states that do allow it for medical purposes such as Maryland.
The majority of US states forbid the growth and use of marijuana. There are only two states in which marijuana has been fully legalised and several others have legalised it for medical use only. There are 30 states that forbid the growth and use of marijuana entirely.
As of 2021, recreational marijuana is legal in 18 states and Washington D.C., while medical marijuana is legal in 36 states. Laws vary in terms of possession limits, purchase age, and where individuals can consume cannabis.
No. The only place I have heard of it being legal other than for medication is Amsterdam. Medical marijuana is legal in California, Colorado, Arizona, Michigan, and eleven other states in Arerica.
No, unfortunately marijuana is illegal in all 50 states.
