The active ingredients of cannabis (pot, weed) are called cannabinoids (mainly THC).
These canabinoids are metabolized by the body (decomposed) to what is called metbolites (mainly carboxy-THC).
These metabolites are a) excreted in urine, feces, sweat and b) sollubilized in the body's fat cells, which means the metabolites stock up in fat-cells and are released at a very slow rate.
a) takes about 3-7 days for a single dose, depending on how large that dose was and on your liver and kidney functions.
In case of a single dose b) is practically irrelevant. But when you smoke pot or weed before all metabolites have been released by the fat cells, the fat cells get a refill before they are drained. Which means a regular user (more than 1-2 times / week, on a regular basis) needs longer to excrete these metabolites with his/her urine. That can take from 2-3 weeks for a moderate user (1-3 smokes/week, low to medium dose) to as long as 3-4 months for long-term heavy users (1-several average to high doses/day, on a regular basis, single days off don't count).
So it takes from 6 days to 4 months, depending how often and how much you consumed.
Staying clean for an appropriate time is practically the only efficient way of passing a drug test. Drug tests are sold at pharmacies and/or drugstores (depending where you live), so you can check for yourself. But there are more sensitive testing methods than the quick-screen stuff they sell over the counter - best to wait some more days after those show a 'clean' result.
There actually is one exception, that could (theoretically) speed up detox a little. But that only applies to long-term users with a surplus of body fat. Say you're a male, 6 feet tall, weighing 300 pounds and otherwise in good health. You smoked pot for years, every day, several times / day. Staying clean will take about 4 months to detox you. But if you loose 70 pounds in 7 weeks by changing your diet an some excercise you will burn up a good part of the content of those fat cells - releasing and getting rid of a significantly larger amount of them accursed metabolites. After that -if you then keep your weight (or slightly gain weight, say max. 10 pounds) the release rate of metabolites will then abruptly drop to zero within a week or two. Theoretically you might win several weeks in this particular case.
You put your marijuana glove on, and take your cannabis, put your marijuana glove on cause it needs handling properly. Wave your cannabis around like its a classy lady. Put your marijuana glove on cause its time for CANNABIS!
Not very likely, and it doesn't work well for cannabis, either. Those detox drinks are a ripoff. Your best move is don't use.
There really are not any good detox tablets out on the market. They all do not work. The best way to detox your body is to drink a lot of clear liquids.
I know that U-test conducted a study and rated Rescue detox as the most effective detox in general. they make rescue ice caps, which are pills. the company's phone # is on the box and you can call them with questions.
The body (including the skin) detoxes naturally with the passage of time.
None that really works well enough to be truly reliable.
The best way to keep your cannabis fresh is by keeping it in a cool, dark, dry place. Glass jars are best to prevent moisture from altering the flavour and potency of your cannabis and coloured jars are further recommended to reduce the effects of UV light and heat on your cannabis. When stored correctly, cannabis can stay fresh for up to 6 months. The best detox for the human body is the consuption of sufficient quantities of water.
A detox diet can be a great way to eliminate all of the toxins out of your body. The typical detox diet is a short term diet, consisting of 3-21 days. While it seems that a detox diet is a quick way to lose weight, it can be detrimental to the body if not done properly. To ensure that you start a detox diet correctly, it is best to speak with your physician beforehand. After getting permission, start slowly. Gradually eliminate solid foods and incorporate liquids into your diet regimen. Liquids such as fruit and vegetable smoothies are perfect for a detox diet.
The best way to pass a swab drug test without detox products would be to, stop partaking in drugs that do not have a prescription from a doctor. If this is not the case, then it is best to consume a lot of water and perspire to get the toxins out of the body.
