Dyphenhydromine is an active chemical in many sleeping pills (e.g Benedryl).

If taken in a high enough amounts, it has a somewhat psyhcadelic effect such as seeing shadows that are not there. It also causes a led foot affect and it becomes difficult to pick your feet up, even just to walk.

Many people have reported seeing a hand (and in some cases an arm to go with the hand) protrude out of walls.

Long distance damage can be caused such as Liver and Kidney damage, due to the mixture of acetametaphine (pain reducer) in some medications.
