What happens if you drink while taking nuvigil?

Typically stomach pangs is the only immediate side effect. however it most likely is hard on the liver since nuvigil interacts with some enzymes in the organ. I find it not worth it. One beer or two once in awhile is fine. But getting drunk on it is just not worth it. If you plan on drinking heavily, skip your does that day. Also, nuvigil is not great on a hangover day. I took one sunday morning thinking it would get me out of my tired sluggish sickly feeling. Instead it made my mind confused and buzzing, and my eyes painfully tired.

A little isn't going to affect you too badly, however that depends on other meds you are takingor medical problems you may have. Alcohol and nuvigil share a metabolite in the liver (although it is not alcohols main metabolite) so be careful.
