The word "gusty" is an adjective. It describes something characterized by strong, sudden bursts of wind.
Maybe pressure balancer going bad or you don't have a pressure balanced valve
There could be many reasons. The normal one is just that the fish has died of natural causes, but other causes may be aggression from other fish, over fed/under fed, sudden fluctuations in water temp. If this is happening i would do a one third water change and keep an eye on the tank to check there isn't any aggression or sudden water temperature fluctuations. I would also make sure that your filter pump is working correctly and is cleaned every so often.
