Marijuana should be legal for the very popular reason that it will reduce crime rates for youngsters. but why should it be illegal for a grown man to smoke a blunt on a beach with his partner if he wants. why is it worse then beer? beer makes you throw up, have hang overs, and act like an asswhole. why should kids have to drink and drive and die all in one night. weed is not an evil thing. it says in revolation that any green herb/plant that poduces a fruit or seed is for our enjoyment. and the marijuana/canabis plant is a green herb that produces a seed.
