The main difference is that they both mainly target different organs, with alcohol destroying the liver and stomach, marijuana destroying the lungs and pretty much everything else, and both destroying the brain slowly.

As well as the possibility of overdose, which is a physical impossibility with cannabis.

Bottom line is that you shouldn't do either, but marijuana does less long term bodily damage than alcohol.

to be honest i have been deep in to both and i have been able to drop all drugs from coke, to marijuana, to pills, to speed. i for some reason have not been able to kick the habit of drinking i believe it is the worst next to heroin or crack(which ive never tried but ive seen peop;e on it)

marijuana is far less dangerous because it does not cause brown lung syndrome, no marijuana only smokers have ever contracted cancer. The overdose of weed results in a nap or a headache followed by a feast where as the overdose of alcahol ends up in throwing up, pumping of the stomach by professionals or death. dont drink and drive just smoke and be the DD. in the words of snoop "smoke weed every day."
