But to answer you question is tramadol like morphine, that is like comparing apples to lettuce, they are both pain releivers but that's where the similarities stop, morphine is a narcotic, tramadol is not. do not know what else to say except once again most people i know say tramadol isn't worth having but if your actually hurting atleast to some extent tramadol will bring much needed releif
