As a California medi-card holder I can honestly say,"No, it is not bad." Local law enforcement may NOT take your medicine away from you if you are carrying any. You must keep medication in the trunk of your car when driving. (Very similar to an open bottle policy with alcohol.) Don't smoke and drive...in other words...common sense should prevail. You may not share or sell your medication to others. As a patient I advise you grow your own. It's legal with a card ( the limit of plants varies by region but I believe it's a base level of no more than 6 full grown plants) and will save you a ton of money and reduce the headache of dealing with the speakeasy atmosphere of the dispensaries. I should mention that having a medi-card does not make it legal on a federal level to ingest cannibas. The upside is that the DEA will more than likely NOT bust you for having a few plants so long as you are not selling and stay within the aloted number of plants. President Obama has promised to cut funding to DEA raids on medical marijuana facilities and it's patients.
Florida residents who have attained 18 years can apply to get a medical cannabis card.
can a person on parole get a cannabis card in California
No. The standards concerning when your house can be searched are the same whether you have a cannabis card or not.
its not
No. Cannabis is only harmful to individual if you consider yourself as a hardcore pot smoker. Other than that, it's medicinal.
